Paddy Baroque

I become a Luthier in the 1990s as a way of combining my two passions of making furniture and making music. It was also a change from being in journalism. I spent two months at David Freeman's school in Saskatchewan, Canada. I then returned to New Zealand to start building my own guitars and bousoukis. I also do Wiessenborns, Citterns, Mandolins, and Harps. Based in Wellington, New Zealand, after making some two hundred instruments my passion for turning wood into sound goes unwavering.
