Heather Krindle

Born in Germany becoming a violin maker was an obvious choice as both my parents are also violin makers too. So after high school I went to violin making school in Mittenwald.

Since graduating I have worked for Micheal Becker in Chicago and the Max Moeller workshop in Amsterdam. In 2002 I joined Tilman Muthesius in Potsdam, Germany. I then worked for my parents in 2003 to prepare for the Meisterpruefung which I passed in 2004.

I have been living in Christchurch, New Zealand since 2005 with my kiwi partner.
